We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Orchard, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Evaluation: Perform detailed evaluations to identify students needs and craft tailored therapy plans.
- Therapy Development: Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and provide holistic support to students.
- Progress Monitoring: Keep precise records of students progress and therapy sessions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current state licensure/ certification as an OT.
- Experience: School-based experience is preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in school settings are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent assessment and therapeutic skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit.
